Weigh in Wednesday (end of week 1)


So It's the end of the first week and there are results already!!!

Forgot to check for blood ketones, but in the afternoon i was in the 3.3 range which is optimal burning zone!!

I'm so excited!!

61,7kg (-400g)
52.1% Hydration (+1%)
28.5% Body fat (-1.4%)
